  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want every purchase to bring you joy and confidence. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, our straightforward returns and exchanges process is here for you.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: To ensure the utmost hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cleaning and Care Products / Silk Care

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, please contact our customer care team within the 15-day window. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Email Us: Send your return or exchange request to [email protected]. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information to assist you promptly.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send anything without an RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and name. Ship your return to the address provided.
    Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the return. We will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days after inspection.

Refunds

Timeline: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we have processed your return and completed inspection.

Method:

  • PayPal: Payments will be refunded to your PayPal account.
  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Payments will be refunded directly back to the card used for purchase.

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and expedite a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
