Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Please Note: To ensure hygiene and safety, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Lingeries
- Cleaning and Care Products / Silk Care
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the process, please contact our customer care team within the 15-day window. Follow these simple steps:
- Email Us: Send your return or exchange request to [email protected]. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information to assist you promptly.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for sending your item(s) back to us. Please do not send anything without an RMA number.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully package the unworn, tagged item in its original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and name. Ship your return to the address provided in your instructions.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent). - Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect it. We will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days after inspection.

Refunds
- Timeline: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we have processed your return and completed inspection.
- Method:
- PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) payments will be refunded directly back to the card used for purchase.
- Exchanges: For size exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we process your return, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and expedite a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
